Thank you for shopping with Alexis Passion. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange it within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges as long as the item is in its original condition, no signs of wear, and the tags have not been removed.

For easy returns and exchanges, simply complete the attached Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice. Indicate on the form what you are returning, the reason why and whether you want a refund or exchange. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit. If you want to exchange, indicate the details of the item(s) you want to receive for the exchange. Mail the merchandise by the carrier of your choice. Alexis Passion recommend you track your returns or use delivery confirmation with the carrier you choose so that you may confirm we have received your package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we regret we can not accept bill recipient packages.

When possible, please use the original packaging. Completely remove or cover the original shipping label. If the original packaging can’t be used, please use a quality package or box. Once we receive your package and verify the contents we will process your refund or exchange. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your account.

We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. We will pay for the shipping if you want to exchange your item.
